Books will be packed according to your online order preference.(i.e. -"Used preferred")
How long until my order is filled?
Orders will be processed in 2 - 3 business days provided all of your books are in stock.
When will I know if my order is ready?
You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pick up or it has shipped.
What do I need to verify my order when I pick it up?
You will need to provide a photo ID and your online order number.
Where can I pick up my order?
You can pick up orders at The Copy Shop, located in the lower level of the SMC.
How long until my shipment arrives?
Your order will be shipped UPS Ground and arrive within 4 - 6 business days.

Can my order be shipped to my dorm room?
We cannot ship purchases to dorm rooms, or P.O. Boxes.
